I've been using Ro for over three years now for a variety of men's health and skincare concerns and have had nothing but top notch experiences. The doctors and care team are both super responsive, the products work, and the app is great!

This company is a scam! It just takes your money and uses chatbots for interaction. Beware. There are too many telehealth services to use that actually will provide refunds. This one will just charge and provide nothing. They must use chatbot because after I had already submitted bloodwork and left for a month they were trying to get me to do bloodwork again and charged me again. I realized the error and tried to receive my monies back and basically got, Sorry Charlie. You'll see that based on their reviews it's 50/50 but I urge anyone smart enough to read reviews , wish I had, not to use this service.

Ro makes everything simple, transparent, easy and stress free. From consultations to questions, the physicians & customer service are prompt, polite and excellent. I am able to manage & change my prescriptions (strength, usage, amount) without any problems at all (and have done so multiple times). Ro works with you to find to right product for your needs & offers several, managable options (from prescription options to payments). I currently use thier skin products & sexual health products (both have been effective). The website is a little cumbersome at times (navigation), but not hard to figure out (tablet, mobile & laptop). I'm writing this review as a customer/patient of RO & not an affiliate or an employee.

The medication worked but they keep charging my husband despite him having canceled his prescription months ago. We cannot get ahold of customer support as they won't return any of his emails. Our only option left is to contact the bank and have them block the company's transactions. "Unfortunately we cannot issue refunds or accept returns of prescription products for reuse or resale, and all sales are final. However, if you feel we have made an error in the filling of your prescription, please contact us at care(at)ro.co."

I signed up 7weeks ago and never even got the Ozempic. They kept saying they sent and resent the prescription to my pharmacy but my pharmacy keeps saying they never got it. Very disappointed!

Do not trust this company. They were charging me $135 a month and promised they will help you locate medication to make sure you have your dose, but only managed to fill 1 order. Then they told me to be patient and wait till they find some more, then after waiting 3/4 weeks without it, they told me they had a shortage and to be patient and keep waiting. I literally started paying (getting robbed) for ABSOLUTE NOTHING! Then when I canceled, they told me that they will not refund anything back. In other words, they scam you out of your money! I hope to god they get sued. I am beyond disgusted with the customer service and the way they stole from me.

IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A RESPONSE. Plan to wait WEEKS for a basic response, that are generic, with no actual help or answer to your questions. This is a horrible, poorly-run business. There is no phone number to reach anyone to address any concerns, even though they advertise you have "24/7 access to a healthcare provider". Misleading and false. Do not use this company for your weight loss journey.
