I loved using Latisse. My lashes looked full and long. But I couldn’t see paying the extra $145 just to be a part of RO. The didn’t have any consultation or personal contact like in telemedicine. Just took the $145 out of my account. It didn’t feel right. So I have short lashes now.

Ease of navigating your Website, options for different medications & Payment/Coverage. The biggest reason is the communication via text when the medication has shipped, out for delivery and delivered reminding me to refrigerate. Amazing Support, and easily accessible. Thank You Ro

This is a total scam. I paid almost $200 and have gotten no medicine at all. They are a bait and switch scam that does not lower costs compared to a normal doctor and does not provide any refunds on their services even if you never fill a prescription. Warning - stay away.

I tried Ro because it is advertised as being a less expensive option to GLP-1 but with the subscription cost plus the cost of meds is no cheaper than getting it elsewhere. Also, their compound did not work for me. I was on it for 10 weeks and lost 2lbs with very little appetite suppression. I was on Semaglutide from a medspa and lost 15 lbs in a 10 week timeframe.

Easy to use Fast acting

RO is VERY misleading as to the overall price of receiving medication. There’s a ridiculously high fee for consultation plus the prescription charge. They’re extremely hard to reach. No phone calls. And billing issues sent via messaging and email are ignored. Disingenuous business with clearly deceptive marketing
