Absolutely terrible, bait-and-switch tactics. I ordered their 3-in-1 spray, and all was good. Then I look at the plan and they changed it to $450 every 3 months. This flies in the face of their own pricing page. So I contacted support, and they said yes they're going to charge me that much. No response to their own product pages having completely different pricing shown.

After canceling my prescription for not arriving (2 of 3x) my account was still charged yet again. Dozens of emails with ‘managers’ regarding their ‘no refund policy’ I was assured that my $93 would be refunded and may take 10 business days. I’m beyond that now and still have yet to be refunded. I won’t allow them to auto-bill me again. Be wary all.

Very easy to start, specific instructions and quick delivery to start.

Very bad customer service. Signed up to take advantage of the 3 month hair regrowth for $110 for minoxidil and finasteride. After I received my first months bottle, I had read that minoxidil spray can be fatal to dogs and I had a brand new puppy licking my head and sleeping up by my head so I can’t take the risk. I asked them to exchange the first months spray for pills and future months to pills since they are the same price. They said no refunds and that if I want to pills I need to pay $150. They haven’t even said if they are still sending my other 2 months worth of sprays yet either because they cancelled that prescription plan. To get ahold of anyone they have a messaging platform in the app which takes about 3 days for anyone to respond. Just go with Hims and stay away from this company.
