RoReviews of ro.co

Ro was recommended to me from a friend. She had glowing reviews of her experience and so do I! I had my consultation, it was reviewed and my medication was shipped out to my house extremely quickly. I am absolutely overjoyed at the responsiveness of this company and their associates. They far exceed many of their competitors in this field with their responsiveness, thoroughness, customer service and highly functional app to track it all. Thank you for making this such a great experience!

I never received my order and wrote and told you about it. Haven't heard anything from you in this regard.

When my shipment came there was no medication in the package Just needles and paperwork. I have tried and tried to make contact with someone to help with the issue. I did put a complaint in with PayPal and hopefully I will get some result. I have done everything that they have ask me to do. I sent photos of the package and the content of the package. No one has reached out to me. When I send the photos by email as I was asked to do they send it back saying they need more information.

Very insightful and inspirational assistance by a highly professional team of experts who empower and promote wellbeing and health.

The Dr followed up with regards to my satisfaction. The gummies took a little while to work like I expected but they definitely make a difference. I would recommend them to anyone that wants to be ready.

This company has no remorse, understanding, compassion, or LOGIC. I don't waste my time writing reviews, but this company needs to be called out. Do not give them a single cent. They are a scam and the definition of greed. I have never dealt with a business that could care less for their customers than this one.

Scam, Bad business practices, company won’t disclose that they are charging you for a body program subscription before they give you the Rx and will charge 300-1000 monthly just for the medication. Scammy business practices. Avoid at all cost! The good reviews are fake!

If you like a hands off approach, this might be good for you. I input all the information and they charged my credit card and sent out meds before I was ready. I thought I would get to talk to a doctor first. I want to be more involved in my program decisions, but this platform does not allow that. There is no telephone number for support and their turnaround time for responding to emails is said to be 3-5 days. I’ve yet to hear back on my concerns.
