One of the worst companies I ever did business with, charged me for a product than sent me a email saying I typed in my birthday wrong, so I'm like ok, then the email says take a pic of your driver's license and send it to them, at this point my card was charged but no product sent, I informed them no way in hell I was sending a picture of my license, gees identity fraud is bad enough, so I never could get in touch with anyone, NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL,so I had to cancel my card charge, them days later they send a email saying they will update my birthday ony account, so I go to ro.co, it was like I never even visited, my order was not there and I suppose they wanted me to do all that application again like from beginning, what a joke, don't bother, oh and yes they try to put you on a monthly shipping even though you don't want it

Prompt responses is huge. Excellent web site to guide me, basically computer illiterate, through the process is amazing. At 74 I have had slow but steady weight gains and loss of mobility. Finally i concluded that to have any quality of life over the next 10 years I need to lose significant weight and exercise. For exercise I joined the local health club and hired a personal trainer. The personal trainer is essential, otherwise steady exercise will fade away. Ozempic and a planned diet completes the program and collectively is working very well. An affordable glp1 is important, otherwise I am down to exercise and diet. An iffy proposition.
