I have been with RO for 6 months and could not be happier. They respond almost right away and I had 1 issue with my weight loss meds and they replaced it for free and offered me a refund of 1 month membership fees. I believe reviews are so important and they deserve acknowledgment from me.

They have unclear pricing. Expected $145 a month but that was just the membership fee. They charged another $254 for the medicine which was too low of a dose to do anything. Highly DON’T recommend.

Communication throughout the process and easy guidance and instructions made me feel confident in my decision to use Ro as my aid while on my weightloss journey.
