Excellent service and an excellent product

I never signed up for the "Body" subscription. I merely wanted medication. It was not made clear that I would be charged $145 a MONTH for absolutely nothing except renewing my prescription which involved nothing but me checking a few boxes on the website. Of course, the prescription was an additional cost. They have not refunded this outrageous fee. Buyer beware, I guess - Let my situation be your warning!

How fast i was able to get seen by a professional and get my medicine

Well, I will say it was oddly easy to cancel the body membership. It did seem odd that the body membership instantly ends when you choose cancel versus allow you access until the next renewal date. This seems like a deceptive business practice. Little value to the actual body membership at $145 monthly. I'll go elsewhere for my GLP1 without the BS fees.

Program was easy to follow. Information was easy to upload. Medication was sent exactly where I stated. Dr. Was quick in response. Information of program was very informative. I’m on my weight loss journey!! They did what my local doctor wouldn’t or couldn’t!!!!

They won’t process my refund after I told them I didn’t want the service. They required additional information and procedures that I don’t have access to. When I told them I can’t and had to cancel the same day. Their policy says they’ll keep your first payment even though they haven’t done a single thing. Just a bot talking to you who is under a PA.

Worst customer service. I've been trying to contact you for days for help. I got tired of waiting and ended up hiring another service. Yet, you still charged me even though I never used anything, and you're still not responding. This is a scam.

I enjoy getting info on healthcare. Ro is good at it
