Good, communication on shipping issues

The product is effective and restores confidence. I quit drinking and all of a sudden I was unable to get it up. After a brief bout with depression, my doctor prescribed generic viagra, silfenadal. It came in 100mg pills, which worked well, but only needed half pills for effective use. RO comes in packs of 3 20mg pills which is the perfect dosage. Cost is the same, RO is much more convenient.

Very easy and the cost is reasonable. They work with you to meet your needs but always with our health in mind

I'm giving them an extra star because for many months they were great. Ro can take WEEKS to respond. My medication was so delayed with communication that I am now on the lowest dose, after starting to taper off a month ago. So now I have to work back up, just to work back down with results. Dr. Taryn Spencer is my physician. I'm greatly disappointed by the team's acceptance of delivering subpar care due to poor communication. I don't expect much from a physician who works for this kind of company, but I'm surprised she was so flippant with the double reduction of the dose (which is due to poor care by her team). Don't expect competency or actual human interaction. Most messages seem automated. Their phone lines never accept calls, they don't respond to emails, and if you have *any* issues with insurance auth, you're screwed and still stuck with the $145 bill. The service is for desperate people, and they know it. So adjust expectations accordingly.

The first months th Ro was very helpful. I didn't need much attention in general but by month 3 FORGET IT. I spent the ENTIRE month of March this year trying to get a hold of them and answers/clarifications and acting as a liason between their lack of service and my pharmacy. Constant communications were requested from my pharmacy and my insurance and Ro dropped every ball they could. I went up to 8 days no responses. My insurance changed and Ro immediately said my insurance wouldn't cover the Zepbound I was on without even checking. They then immediately said I would do Ozempic. I insisted they send it to insurance to check Zebound as my insurance lists it and said they cover it. Ro then came back saying it was true. Then the provider without my concentration put me on cash pay. I didn't agree to it, i wanted insurance to cover it bevsuse it would! It's now been an ENITRE MONTH of RO not responding, saying they're working on it and zero update. But they'll surely take my money for membership. Seriously? What a scam.
