I took almost 3 weeks for one of their doctors to call me. When he did call, the only thing he asked me was if I had any questions, 5 second phone call. I texted their customer support to request my shipment be delayed and got an automated response saying they would respond to my question in a week. On top of that, 90% of their app’s functionality doesn’t work. Will use Hims next time.

Their services have gotten really bad in the last couple of months. The care team takes several days to respond to messages, which had it not been for me following up, I would not receive a response to my inquiries. I have a Ro membership for a GLP-1 medication. Due to the high cost of the medication, I have been paying my monthly membership to get my refills. However, I have been spacing out my injections to make the medication last and so I don’t feel too much of the side effects of the medication. Because of this, I have a couple of prescriptions for the medication that I have not picked up at the pharmacy. Those prescriptions will expire at some point and the pharmacy does not allow the patient to pick up/pay for the medication until a refill is due. Meaning, if I have two open GLP-1 prescriptions that are waiting for pick up, I cannot just show up at the pharmacy and say I should have a prescription for two GLP-1 medications that I have not picked up and I want to pick up those prescriptions now. They will not allow that. I can only pick up one at a time and as long as enough time has passed for me to complete the dosage for the medication, only then will they allow me to pick up another prescription of the same medication as long as I still have a valid prescription in their system and it hasn’t expired. I contacted Ro’s team to get more information about a new weight loss medication that they carry and had to follow up several times just to get a response. When I finally got a response, the care team member said they could switch me to that medication and recommended that I pay for the medication with cash (which could cost up to $1200) via one of their partner pharmacies. I have health insurance, so my response was for them to check with my health insurance to see if that medication will be covered. I was right. Turns out, my health insurance will cover the medication which would save me $1000+ per refill. I was just baffled by the fact that they were not proactive in asking me if I had insurance and offering to check if my insurance would cover the medication. Basically you have to do the work for them and have to have the common sense to advise them on what step to take. Since I still had open prescriptions for the previous medication that I had not picked up, I asked them if they could replace those prescriptions with my new medication. After all, I paid a monthly service fee to obtain those prescriptions. One of their nurses responded to let me know that she advised the pharmacy to cancel the prescriptions. Cancel the prescriptions? I paid to obtain those prescriptions. So you mean to tell me that I wasted three months of payment for your services and got nothing out of it since you canceled those prescriptions? I responded asking for a resolution for them to either refund me for the monthly services fees that I paid for the three prescriptions that they canceled or to provide a credit to cover three months of their services. I have not received a response since both their support team covering their emails and the care team covering messages via their app have ignored my messages. If this is not resolved, I will file a dispute with my credit card company for service not rendered.

Product works great! It disolves in your mouth in 10 minutes and rock hard shortly after. Also last the next day as well.

Im 54 and suffer from diabetes related ED. I tried so many ED pills both natural and prescription with little to no help. After completing the initial intake process and receiving my prescription I ordered the daily low dose Cialis gummies and they work!!! Instead of hoping and praying that I get an erection, I was greeted every morning my an erection. The best thing is my libido feels natural and back to normal. If stimulated I get an erection, simple and exactly what I needed. My personal anxiety is getting better and I'm optimistic about dating again. Not being able to please a partner made me avoid meeting women and being embarrassed. I was also conscious of my partner feeling that my ED was due to her not stimulating me. It all begins to add up and I stayed home and single. Thank you RO and I'm a patient/customer for life. I do want to try the other form taken right before kickoff..lol 🤣

ZERO STARS!! This company charged me $199 and then turn around and charged my card for another $145 in the same month without my consent. I was supposed to be paying $199/month. Now they are saying I must also pay $145/month just to access the doctor. It was my agreement to pay the $199/month, but NEVER did I agree to pay an extra $145/month. I cannot even get a refund for the $145 from this company. I’m just shit out of luck. I HATE THIS COMPANY!!!!
