I have taken a similar weight loss injection and lost 15 lbs in a month. This one I did not lose anything. I do not recommend to.com to anyone and will be going back yo my local place that gave me my first prescription. Yes, that will be more expensive for me, but I wasted $300 for nothing!!!

Choosing the proper medication
I was set up with the proper medication based on the Dr who asked me many questions. I felt like she really wanted to get me the right one.

I love this lash growth
I love this lash growth. It has enhanced my lashes and when putting on mascara I don't need a lot. You will not regret it. I have not.

Karly Brown, RN, and Katie Hamilton, NP, treated me kindly and respectfully. They are the best examples of the Ro care team, so I decided to stay with Ro!
I am grateful to Registered Nurse Karly Brown and Nurse Practitioner Katie Hamilton. They genuinely care for patients like me. After feeling embarrassed about my weight and pride, I recorded the wrong weight in the application because I was waiting for a scale from Amazon that had been delivered to the incorrect address. I had to wait a few days for them to send me a new one. At that point, I had already received the medication and figured I should start trying it right away. And that the scale would come that day. It didn’t; getting here took way longer than it should’ve been. I was then confronted by a nurse whose name will not be mentioned. She canceled my order without telling me she did so. After the unnamed fact, she mentioned it in a message. She told me that she had to have a physician look at my weigh-ins and that I should stay on the 2.5 mg dose of the Eli Lilly branded Vials instead of moving up to the 5 mg, which had already been approved by a doctor and was in processing in the pharmacy at the time she canceled my order and refunded me. She sent me a message after the fact that a physician would have to look over the information because I had lost more weight than I was supposed to on the 2.5 mg dosage. I was left in the queue/limbo, needing my next shipment of medication, whether it was the 2.5 mg, which is only supposed to be used for titrating up, or the 5 mg, the next step up, as I had plateaued at the 2.5 mg dosage, and I I was left in limbo without responses the original nurse. However, Karly reached out to me, acknowledged my concerns, and made me feel valued and appreciated as a patient. She escalated my necessity for a healthcare prescriber to take a look at the screenshots that came from my app about my overall health and sent photos of my stomach and my overall obesity, which my husband took pictures of me, which was pretty embarrassing, The angel and amazing Karly Brown, RN immediately contacted me! She said that I shouldn’t be punished for a mistake. I made and apologized for it, and I know that everyone makes mistakes. She said she appreciated me. I couldn’t believe it because I wasn’t feeling like that at that point until she said that then I knew I was going to be helped by someone who cared and wasn’t punishing me for making a mistake or ignoring and I shouldn’t be being ignored by the care team of my mistake and that she was going to take care of helping me right away and that most importantly, the first words in her communication to me were”Lisa, I appreciate you!” she said that she would help me get in touch with a prescriber of my medication as soon as possible shortly afterwards not long after karly had found nurse practitioner, Katie Hamilton she looked over the documents I sent could see that I had no symptoms and that I took ownership from my mistakes and not doing proper ways waiting on my scale to come from Amazon I was too embarrassed to tell the original nurse that and Katie Hamilton, NP wrote my prescription for 5 mg of the branded vials and sent it to the pharmacy to get filled and shipped out to me within 2 to 5 or 1 to 4 business days depending if it weren’t for these two fantastic kind and beautiful hearted healthcare practitioners. I don’t know what I would’ve done. My course of treatment would have been upset. I would’ve had to find another company to work with, which I didn’t want to because I liked what Ro and their customer service within the care team had been excellent at the beginning, not so good until Karly Brown, RN and Katie Hamilton, NP stepped in and treated me like someone that doesn’t get forgotten and is worth caring for as a patient, even though they made a mistake and took full ownership of it, Thanks to both Karly and Katie working together, I felt cared for and appreciated. Their support significantly impacted my experience with Ro, and I’m grateful for their understanding and kindness. They genuinely show and are exemplary, compassionate healthcare. Ro should be giving their patience, even if they made a mistake. No one‘s perfect. These two healthcare practitioners should be cloned. They’re so kind and caring and thoughtful and take immediate care of patients that have been neglected, so I am sending this out for everyone to read because I want everyone to know Carly Brown, RN, and Katie Hamilton, NP, and how they changed my whole perception of Ro back to a good one. I’m grateful for their kind, caring, and quick approach that did not harm me. Is anyone else who wants to help me meet my weightless goals? When I felt the lowest, these two amazing angels came my way, helped me, and said they appreciated me. I couldn’t believe it! Ro should keep hiring people like Karly, RN, and Katie, NP! They just helped me and cared for me as they would any patient and treated me like a human being, not a pest.

I started my journey with Ro in August…
I started my journey with Ro in August 2024, weighing 206, feeling sluggish, tired and having a lot of arthritic pain. I’m using the compound semaglutide.
Today March 2025 I weigh 151. I’m working now on maintenance.
I definitely give Ro 5 stars. Each time I reported symptoms or had questions, I got quick and compassionate responses from nurses and other helpful professionals.
I had tried so many diets that never stuck. With Ro.co the educational videos helped me to understand that I needed to change my relationship with food. I was a stress eater.
Today I am more able to control my snacking, realizing that I could fall back into that pattern. I have more energy now and I’m able to walk farther than I have in a while. This coming summer I’m going to do my first 5K. I’m proud of myself. I’m down 4 pant sizes and finally look decent in a swimsuit 😀
Thanks Ro.co for helping me get my life back.
Kimberly L. 60 years old and feeling fabulous!!

Quite honestly some of the worst…
Quite honestly some of the worst customer service I've experienced. RO is fine as long as you don't have to deal with customer service. Despite charging a lot for their products they choose to use cut rate shipping measures called MailInnovations. This is where it starts with UPS and you get a tracking number...great! But then they hand it off to USPS for final delivery....and this is where tracking ends. So you literally have no idea where your package is. I was supposed to receive mine over a week ago. Sent several messages to RO...and crickets. There is no customer service number to call, it's so unbelievably bad customer service. Will be cancelling once I get my product...assuming I eventually get it.
