They have made a big improvement on my sex life

This company charged my credit card $75.00 without my authorization. I then had to spend a lot of time getting the refund. They also claimed to have shipped items to me but the picture of the delivery was not my home. This is not a company I would trust with my health. It cost me time and money to figure that out. Please don’t let it happen to you.

The interaction with Ro has been outstanding. The responses have been quick. The directions have been clear.

I’ve been with RO for just over a month now. Your first interactions with them are fast (responding to messages). Then once they have your money and you become a member of their body program, they take forever to respond. Sometimes more than a week. So you’re paying $145 per month for this and they can’t be bothered to respond for up to a week. It’s such bad customer service I feel very let down.

The product is good deliveries have been late

I can buy tirzepitide from Goodrx or Singlecare for less without the monthly $145.00 membership fee. RIP OFF!!!

This is a very professional company. The application questions are thorough and precise which helps the provider prescribe an accurate treatment plan. Having access to a medical professional anytime is a plus.

The ease of the process was wonderful. Easy to do, called into pharmacy and product was fully covered!
