The prescription was never delivered although customer service claims it will be delivered that day. They did refund me for one item they claim will be delivered yesterday, but that never happened. Another item was left out in the heat and the “keep refrigerated” label was covered with an address label. They won’t refund this one since the item was delivered. Don’t order from Ro or Roman as they call themselves, it’s a waste of money ($160). Go to your Dr. At least the pharmacies will fill their prescription within the hour. This company has awful customer service. Save your money!

Signing up was easy and delivery was quick! The providers are not helpful. First dose of zepbound I was experiencing significant nausea and wasn't able to eat for two days. I reached out to the healthcare team and the nurse was attempting to ask questions to identify potential causes and treatment as nausea is a known side effect. I was hoping to be offered anti-nausea medication, instead the provider responded I was no longer a candidate for zepbound and should unenroll from the program. The very next day, day 6 on my very first dose I felt completely normal. All nausea gone and I was able to eat again. I reached out again asking to attempt with the second vial as I really wanted to continue with the program. The same provider said no, advised me to not take any further medication and unenroll from the program as he previously advised. I now have 3 unopened vials and just paid 345 for nothing!!! I am a health care provider and this 'Dr.' did not attempt to assess the situation and help me stay on the medication. I have ZERO medical history and it's not like I experienced an allergic reaction.. I am unhappy!

I paid Ro $45 three times, and each time they initiated the process but never completed it. There was no follow-through, no medication delivered, and no meaningful effort to resolve the issue. Whenever I tried to request assistance or follow up, there was no support—no emails, no calls, no responses. After these frustrating experiences, I decided to give Ivim Health a try and the difference was remarkable. Their response time is prompt, communication is clear, and the medication arrives on schedule, exactly as promised. I feel genuinely supported from start to finish. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against using Ro and recommend going with Ivim Health instead they actually deliver on their commitments.

Ro has given me the choice to pay for my script since my insurance would not cover. To has a team of qualified staff and doctors that have answered all my question. I would highly recommend RO to anyone looking to lose weight and keep it off

I ordered a package of 10 sildenafil to try out and before the month was out they already had shipped another 10 without me even asking for it. Not only that but the pills that I did try did absolutely nothing I could have been taking children's aspirin. Very difficult to get a hold of to make arrangements for refund or stop the orders from coming in. Had to get a new card!
