I was hesitant to try RO but I’m so glad that I did. It has made a HUGE difference in my life. The medication is incredibly effective and worked within an hour and lasted til, let’s just say they were overly satisfied. More importantly, it’s giving me back a sense of confidence that I thought was gone forever. I’ve had no negative side effects besides a slight head ache. I subscribed to receive regular shipments of Latisse on June 9, 2025. I was charged for my first order, but it was never delivered. Tracking said it's stuck somewhere is USPS. I contacted ro, and the representative said I was never charged for the item. I sent them a screen shot of the charge, and I contacted my bank. They then claimed that since I contacted my bank, they could no longer interact with me. So, I'm still waiting for a refund of $159.00. Of course, I canceled my subscription.

I cancelled this product because it never worked for me and you keep sending this package to me. Very upset . Quit sending !!!
