Ro.co has made my weight loss experience great! I started out at 188 lbs and am only 5 ft tall. That was January. As of now, August, I am at 142 lbs. Still want to lose about 20 more and they are helping me do it with their meds and monitoring my health by doing bloodwork and always checking on me to see if I am having side effects. Which I am not. Would recommend Ro.co to anyone looking to lose weight. I have told many people I know about them. I feel great and am looking very different. Love it!!!

There is no support with this service. I cannot stress how bad of a choice it is to use them for telehealth. I started a treatment program with them and when my medication needed to be refilled with a higher dose, they never sent the prescription to my pharmacy. I spent all day asking for support and there is never any response. There is no phone number to call if you have any emergency. They do not have any urgency to provide help to you. The only thing they're very good at is billing you $145 a month to not get any semblance of care from them. This is not a good service, I would not recommend them and strongly encourage anyone considering Ro.co to find an alternate provider. Their negligence has ruined my treatment plan and they will not do anything to make right their inaction. Update - Ro.co replies asking how they can help. I spent 3 days trying to get this corrected and not once did anyone from ro.co reach out to any of my requests for support. I had to pay $99 out of pocket for a telehealth appointment through my insurance provider to speak with a doctor not affiliated with ro.co, explain the situation, and get their permission to fill the prescription on their own. I got this filled completely absent of any assistance from the service. If you want to make this right, refund the $99 I had to pay and refund my most recent monthly fee. Until then this is a 1 star review.

Dishonest with the 49.99 introductory rate. Misleading sales pitch.

The first month is NOT $45, the initial screening is. You then ALSO have to pay the $145 then ALSO have to pay for the medication. But the advertisment of the first month being $45 is false and misleading

Ro is so easy to work with and they get back with you asap!

Shipped,not much updates shipping is extremely slow,seems to take almost a week from Florida to Florida.Customer Service gives Generac response,no real satisfaction.product out for delivery 4 days Shop elsewhere
