The convenience of telehealth, the extremely efficient shipping and ordering process, the clear instructions, and the fact that Ro works in collaboration with the makers of Zepbound — all the primary reasons I am thrilled that I am finally getting the treatment I need. Thanks, Ro!

UPDATE: Ro was able to reach out to me and did answer all my questions. They were very responsive and I have changed my rating accordingly. It would still be nice to speak to a live person but I am happy that my problems were resolved. Ro is so busy that you can't speak to a live person. They spoke to my insurance company and got approval but still tried to charge me the full amount. You pay $145 a month for their service in addition to the prescription. It is very difficult to get answers to your questions. I'm giving them one more chance to get it right then I'm going elsewhere.

I had a unique problem. The excellent people at Ro quickly solved and corrected it without question.I find that to be the description of a superior company in many respects!

After writing a poor review for RO because of their (in my opinion) misleading advertising; and filing a BB complaint; to their credit, I did receive my $45 dollars back. I think they (RO) should reconsider their ads to make it CLEAR that the medication cost is ON TOP OF the "membership monthly fees".
