I signed up with Ro.co and paid the reduced monthly fee, but the experience was extremely disappointing. After signing up, communication quickly became a nightmare. There is no way to speak directly with a medical provider or even a consistent point of contact. All communication is handled through a messaging system, and whoever happens to respond from the company answers. There was no opportunity to discuss treatment options. Instead, Ro.co requires you to complete a long intake form, select a treatment option on your own, and pay without ever having a meaningful conversation with a provider beforehand. If you don’t complete the form, you’ll just receive repeated text reminders from non-medical staff telling you to “finish the form.” I submitted several questions about treatment options and dosing, but none were ever addressed. When I finally asked what my options were if I couldn’t get answers to my medical concerns, they didn’t resolve the issue, they simply cancelled my account. For a company that advertises itself as patient-focused and convenient, my experience was the opposite: impersonal, unresponsive, and dismissive of actual medical questions.

Hi there, we’re sorry to hear this was your experience, and we understand how frustrating that must have been. It’s always our goal to simplify your healthcare experience and we are truly sorry that we were not able to do that for you here. To ensure that we are able to attend to your requests swiftly and efficiently, the first available provider will assist in your requests. All practitioners write extensive clinical notes on their interactions with you to ensure that the next practitioner can pick up right where the previous provider left off. We would appreciate the opportunity to look into what happened here, if you're open to it! Sending you a message for more information.

So I ordered ED meds from RO. I had bought some from another company before and had great results. I ordered the exact same meds from RO. Same strength. I noticed the pills were much smaller than others I'd had. I followed the instructions to a T, and it was like taking a sugar pill. They did not work AT ALL. I msgd customer support, and got the run around. Finally I asked for a refund, since they claim 100% satisfaction guaranteed. They say unfortunately they cannot give a refund with really no explanation why. So, Im out $250. They do NOT stand behind there products, and care nothing about customer satisfaction. I'd suggest you look elsewhere for any meds.

this company is the worst. They started my membership back in June. I waited for several weeks for approval then they started me zepbound then all of a sudden CVS Caremark wanted me to switch over to WAGOVY they were notified July 1 didn’t tell me anything in the middle of my membership canceled it. I had to restart it. Explain everything to them. These people don’t give a rats about anybody it’s kinda like being stuck on a IVR out in nowhere land with them you can’t get a hold of anyone a total nightmare. are they’re care about is there bank account. I ran out of my medication and they can’t even follow the simple steps to do another prior authorization so I can get a denial and then do a appeal. They said that they are doing a formulary exception but that’s not proper protocol spoken to my insurance company several days countless hours out of my medication. These people don’t care if I have my medication they started me with. . then you can’t get a hold of anybody it’s impossible this is all about outsource NA’s and doctors. You never know who you’re working with. no-one is ever on the same page with you. All they ever do is apologize and then hope the can get another withdrawal of $145 from you. This company is a joke. I will be taking them to the Better Business Bureau for messing with my health they should’ve never started me on the shot they knew it was gonna be taken away. They will lie to you and tell you that they got everything over to the concierge and nit to worry by the time you speak to your insurance company good luck nothing gets done. You’re out on a creek on no paddles I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy! It’s a broken record player going around and around around with them keep your $145 go to someone that cares about you all

Hi there! We’re sorry to hear this was your experience, and we understand how frustrating that must have been. On 7/1/25, CVS Caremark removed Zepbound from its standard formulary, and some (but not all) insurance plans using Caremark stopped covering it entirely. Unfortunately, CVS Caremark did not allow our team to take measures to check for coverage and appeal for those impacted until July 1 when the policy change officially took effect. To avoid a lapse in treatment for some of those impacted, CVS Caremark recommended Wegovy and providers on our platforms match those interested with the equivalent dose. Appeals can generally take up to 30 days for an outcome, and do not guarantee approval. If you're open to it, we would like the opportunity to look into this further for you if you need any additional assistance or help clarify any confusion. Sending you a message!

Fast, easy, helpful, knowledgeable and respectful. I have no complaints about this program thus far. I’m just beginning but so far it’s off to a great start. Really looking forward to where this journey takes me.
