Total lack of pricing transparency
This company is totally lacking in transparency of costs and pricing. I was prompted to become a member at s145 per month prior to any drug pricing and options ever being shown or communicated with me. Once I had paid the membership fee and only then were additional drug costs even mentioned or pricing communicated. Further, their monthly drug prices are much higher than other reputable sites. I feel like I have been scammed and have requested a membership fee refund immediately having never used any of their services. We will see if they comply and I will update my review accordingly.

The $45 enrollment fee covers your initial provider consultation and assistance with insurance, while the $145 monthly membership covers ongoing medical support and care management. Medication costs are separate and will depend on if you use your personal insurance.
