The $45 enrollment fee covers your initial provider consultation and assistance with insurance, while the $145 monthly membership covers ongoing medical support and care management. Medication costs are separate, and if you are using insurance, can be as low as $0-$25/month. The cash pay price for the medications are ultimately determined by the manufacturers and/or your local pharmacy at pick up.
