So far have been very happy with the service and products. Weight loss meds have been more effective than Ro Sparks to date, but will try a few more times.

They offer on there site to get Lilly pill form for GPL 1 pill for 1st month $145.00 the they give you a discount of $100.00 meaning you pay $45.00. They act like you getting pill to pay $45.00. Then they ask more questions and say you don't qualified for the pill. They then push you to select 1 of 2 offers. You choose the needle for $99.00 or $299.00 one or the other. You choose $99.00 they say you don't qualified. Then then push you to the $299.00 and you click it. Then it $299.00 for 1st month then $499 each month after that for a year. They keep you hanging for a year. Don't use this site ro.com

RO makes it an easy and seamless process to get approved and then to receive the GLP one prescription.

I have been a RO patient for a few years for a few other issues. When my doctors suggested weight loss medication and my insurance declined the coverage, she recommended going to a local GLP-1 provider. When I saw that RO offered the same medication it wasn’t even a decision, I chose RO. They make the process easy, and I trust their brand. I am looking forward to losing this weight and keeping it off!

Pricing is deceptive. The membership fee of $145 per month does NOT include the medications. Medications start at $199 per month for the minimum dosage. Apparently when increasing dosage the fees go way up. It will cost much more then you are lead to believe. I had other issues my needing to delay beginning the shots but was changed $145 anyway. I cancelled.

Pricing is deceptive and you can only chat with them if you have an issue I had to chat with him five times and I still haven’t been able to get someone on the phone. They messed up my prescription and they messed up the pricing still can’t get anyone on the phone been trying all day. I am not sure when you’re dealing with patients how you can only have an AI chat terrible communication absolutely unacceptable

I researched many companies offering GLP-1 medication and was happy to find Ro was the best value for me.
