Thieves, hidden fees I wasn’t aware of, been charged more money than advertised. I gave them 5 stars but downgraded because they tried charging my credit card twice in less than two weeks. Plus I never received the pen injections like you should,so I question how legitimate is the medication. Please don’t fall for the scam. I’m sure there are other companies with better prices and legit medicine

I had attempted to access other GLP-1 companies and found Ro to be the easiest, fastest and most thorough of online companies. Their education material is excellent as well as their personal service.

I'm amazed at how quickly it was processed, shipped and delivered to me. I thought I'd be waiting at least a week or more. The price was reasonable (well as reasonable as it can get with prices being so high on everything these days). And you have the option to cancel at any time ... No strings attached. Knowing you have specialized tools to use online is a huge help as well. I'm so excited to get started on my weight loss journey. Lets hope that in the future, the price can be negotiated so that even more people have access.

This company advertised $149 a month prescription and that's not correct. When I got to my plans the lowest was for $199 and that was only for the first month or two. The advertising is very deceptive. Would definitely not recommend. They want you to pay the $45 up front before they even tell you what plans to choose from. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Super responsive!!! They take all the information in and answer questions throughly and promptly. Quick to ship and items arrive safely. Easier than trying to contact a Dr and make an appt and then wait for appt. Etc.
