Although I have not spoken to anyone personally the communication between the website, the Dr.'s emails, and instructions on how to use the medication has been a breeze. So far I am extremely pleased w/Ro. This has been a great start to my journey. I have not receivedmy medication yet but as long as it comes when they say it will this has and will be a beautiful beginning of reaching goals to a healthier and better lifestyle!!

Their ad has a promo stating $45 1st month then $145 monthly thereafter. Im approved. I get an email for the medication now wants to charge me $229 the 1st month & $449 monthly thereafter. NOT gonna happen.

The $45 enrollment fee covers your initial provider consultation and assistance with insurance, while the $145 monthly membership covers ongoing medical support and care management. Medication costs are separate and will depend on if you use your personal insurance. If you are approved by your insurance, the price of the medication co-pay can be much lower than the cash-pay options. Ro's customer service is terrible. For five weeks, I have been trying to get them to replace the incorrect syringes with the correct ones. As of today, I still cannot get this done. However, they are quick to send a new refill despite the fact that I cannot use the previous refill.

This pricing is falsely advertised. The $45 upfront fee is for your consultation and then the $145 per month is your subscription cost. You pay for the medication on top of that bringing your monthly cost to $400/$500 per month. Buyer beware 😡

They talk a good talk but their policies and practices are not ethical at all. Their programs are redundant and do not share information. Their pricing is not accurate. While they tell you the pill is available and I opted for the pill I was still charged $449.00 for injections. It took days and many messages to find answers and they were all wrong. Last, I was told I couldn’t take the pills because Medicare won’t permit me to take the pills, even though I was paying cash and it was not processed through my insurance. That prohibition cannot be found in Medicare. I’ve been charged $449.00 and although I asked for a refund a week ago, there is no refund and my bank doesn’t have that information. All as they want to do is sell you the highest price item, plus they charge $199. monthly for medical care and other illusive services. This company is a disgrace to healthcare. They are inefficient, unreliable and unethical.
