I like that I didn’t have any side effects and it wasn’t extremely bitter to taste

This was an awful experience. The last person I spoke to via customer drive at 8887988686 was helpful in confirming my cancellation and processing my refund but this business has poor customer service and delayed response to questions. Not worth it to be so frustrated and have to pay for a service that you have to jump through hoops to materialize. Get a Groupon or go the doctor is the best recommendation.

So buy your response you're saying you think your consumers are idiots and they don't understand what injectable means without you showing it? Good to know. And in case you don't know I'm not the only one sensitive about this stuff and thinks it's disgusting

Order did not arrive, UPS told me to contact Ro. Ro told me to contact Novo Nordisk. Novo Nordisk told me to contact Ro. That is a bad situation, and suggests there's no one willing to help at all. I'll ask for a refund and update this review if I get one. //edit: after I made some pretty adamant warnings, I was able to get a replacement via ro. It's sad it took strong language for them to act, but I appreciated the eventual fix, so thanks for that! It's upsetting though because the time it took to get the medication finally did not fit with my plans.
