It was so easy to check to see if you are qualified. I received answers very quickly and in a couple of days my meds were delivered as promised.

I am extremely happy with Ro. The program is impressive in the staff and how well the communicate, track and manage communications and education. I never feel unable to receive immediate assistance with questions or concerns. My progression has been fantastic and the doctors do a great job ensuring I am informed and engaged in my personal responsibilities to the program.

This is a bait and switch company. Ro advertises this as $45 for your first month of medicine then $149 a month after that. So, you give them $45, and they send you that your $45 or $149 is not for the medicine, its a subscription fee, and that your medicine is $350 + the subscription fee. You immediately start getting messages from nurses and such, but when you ask for a refund same day and explain this is not what you signed up for, they immediately ghost you. They just steal $45 from people every day. They are dishonest and disgraceful.

I signed up nine days ago. I am a cash pay insurance is not involved. I still have not received anything but AI generated responses that keep saying 1 to 3 more days. Today I was just going to request a refund and my account is no longer there so I’ve emailed every possible department and I still only get AI generated responses. I would not waste my time. I’m not sure how I’m going to get my money back. There are no phone numbers and I only get robot emails.

RO is affordable by any standard as far as GLP1 drugs are concerned. They're easy to deal with, and deliver right to your house. Unless you have some magical insurance plan, you can't do better than RO
