Once RO gets you in the price goes up and they only offer a generic. Bad experience!!!!

Absolutely horrible, they are supplied with a secondary supplier and if you have an issue with a defective product they bounce you back and forth as if they just blow bubbles in the air and they have no trace ability as to where there shipments go.... I do not not work for them but if I am ask when a shipment is delivered and they are not sure, hoe can they contain shipments that are defective.
