I feel your advertising is very deceptive. You advertise a $49 introductory month of the medication and waive that fee. $149 a month thereafter. Fine. But there is another $149 fee for the doctor every month. I feel you should be very upfront with this. I canceled my membership and the first dose…which wasn’t easy to do.

Just subscribed with Ro in an effort to get my weight under control. I am 70 and gained weight from 130 to 190 after menopause with no success dieting & exercise. Ro evaluated, communicated a plan, prescribed a medication and shipped with 3 days. The team has been in constant contact. The cost is hard for me as I am on Medicare & it is my only source of income. I had hoped to get this product or a like product on Trump RX.
