New customer - found the application, assessment, prescription,and delivery processes to be easy to follow as well as efficient

Very deceiving Not 24 hour support as they state, they will get back to you in 3 days, the membership is supposed to be refundable if you don't get the prescription but it is not. After not receiving a response for 3 days I canceled my membership before I was prescribed due to lack of support and they refused to refund as I went with a different company. My bank fixed it but it was a headache. I went with Join Piper, less expensive and same day service

Great company and products !

Honestly, everything has ran so smoothly. Even when my payment didn't go through because my card was locked there was no over the top notifications. I am so excited about this venture with Ro and you made the process so enjoyable.

Super confusing. Not sure what I’m paying for. Don’t think I’m understanding this program.
