Ro has been a blessing in disguise and by that I mean I was sceptical that what they would prescribe would be compound . Everything about my first time using RO went well for two months. The exception, after two months my payment went from 145 pm to over three hundred pm. I knew this so I canceled my subscription after my second package arrived. My last weeks pen was defective and I contacted RO and Wegovy to see if I could get a replacement for the bad pen. Apparently, I need to pay the membership fee again before they can review my case. The reply was timely and my experience was satisfactory with the exception of the defective pen.
