Bait and switch on the pricing and medication. The cost is not the $145 they advertise, that's on top of the medication cost (something you find out only after paying for the first month). The medication choice I was presented was at the high end of all options, and (surprise!) I was not eligible for the (slightly) cheaper alternative they suggested - and there were no other choices so I canceled out and lost the nonrefundable first month deposit. Actually, "deposit churn" might be an important part of their business. I don't feel bad about their bad faith, I feel bad that I would be so foolish as to get hooked into a deposit churn business model.
