The process and simple and straight forward.

I felt a little bait and switched on pricing. 1) it was never clear early on how prescription pricing was going to work. 2) When I submitted to move forward, the pricing was over 50% less than the pricing I was offered at checkout. Without explanation as to why my trizepitide went up from $145/mo to $299/mo Overall everything was easy, but the pricing piece was not clear and having to go through everything before getting clear pricing is also a big red flag. Makes me nervous to continue working with such a company. Definitely not building trust early on.

Keeps constant tabs in me to see how I'm feeling, etc.

So far I have only been on a ongoing text with a RN. I was approved for the medication and awaiting delivery. The online process was fast easy and a fast response.

Product works as advertised and has made life much more enjoyable.
