My experience at Ro has been very easy. I filled out the medical paperwork in about 5 minutes, they reviewed it the same day, and I was able to get an appointment the next day. The clinician was clear and easy to understand. Easy peasy, and the Wegovy is on the way.

I think of all the companies out there, Ro is the most personalized. In the beginning I answered something incorrectly, and it was flagged. I actually was glad to know that there is REALLY someone on the other end watching out for me. I have had some medical issues in my past, however they were many years ago and no longer an issue, but at least someone was really listening. Not just pushing a weight loss medication. Thank you!

This company is very deceitful.. Misrepresented their services. Cost is much higher that advertised. Getting customer service help is next to impossible. When they do answer, the promise to send email to cancel out, but the email never gets sent. BIG SCAM!!!!!
