I appreciate the rapid response time. Some elements of the chatbox q & a were a little confusing. At one point it appeared I was to get a first month discount but was billed full price. Perhaps I missed a discount code.

the cs chat reps are too eager to close the conversation and then you have to go through all the selection process again, very annoying and the insurance verification or cash pay isn't clearly indicated on the website or app.

Professional prompt and safe service

Extremely deceptive business practices, 45 up front, then medicine charges, then higher medicine charges plus 145 subscription fees , customer service claims they can't refund, they priced me out of being able to use the medicine after all the fees and 2 months of medicine so now the 2 months i paid for and did injections was basically useless because it takes more time to actually start being effective. Expect to spend about $1500 for every 10 lbs through ro. There's much better options out there. Im going to be disputing all the credit card charges now because of their practices.
