I went to get a price on potential GLP-1 treatment. I wasn’t sure which option was best, meaning pill or shot. You have to pay $45 to even get a quote. Then they quote me and its higher than Noom. So I cancelled but they will not return my $45. They force you to pay in order to get the quote. That is not fair. I will never do business with them again.

They have a great care team. They are very affordable (coming with a newly single mom who was a SAHM and just started working to support my daughter and myself). I have PCOS and extreme insulin resistance. To be able to afford my medication and how quickly they deliver as well as lower cost. I don’t think I’ll ever use another platform.

I'm glad they put the two pills into one. The only compliant I have is the taste. Yes I had to add a little water to get it to dissolve.

For weight loss, in addition to the charge for the product there is a monthly fee of $145. When I discontinued using the product ro continued to charge my credit card this fee for which I received no services. Their web site provides no human contact information or even an email. I don't doubt that somewhere in the fine print I agreed to this but that does not make it right.
