My experience was great no delay, delivery on time.and my experience so far is great!

I have had more attention in the first week than I received from other suppliers in the first month.

Website was easy to navigate. Call from Dr was easy and to the point. And price is cheaper than others.

Very responsive and easy to work with. Also very attentive and thorough in their explanations. Not to mention the process to get a prescription. They don’t just take your money, send you something and leave. They take you through an easy to understand process to determine best prescription for you and then how to use the meds. Also, great follow up after you begin.

Ordered and paid for my meds on February 18. Since then, no meds and no refund, and I have pleaded with them at least 3 times to refund my money. I get no response. I'm sure they picked and chose which reviews they wanted to show, I seriously doubt that this will make the list. I'm convinced it's a scam.

Easy to answer all the questions. Did not take too long to fill it out.

As soon as i signed up they charged me $45 an then went into all the fees that I would not have agreed with so I immediately cancelled within minutes but they still took that pmt!!! So irritating! I also requested my money back.

my first time trying something of this sort. I'm excited to start my new Health journey with RO!
