I went through the lengthy questionnaire and then received an email stating that my insurance would cover Ro products. That was a lie. My insurance does not “cover” any of it. I keep receiving the same email over and over, but I do not see an unsubscribe option anywhere, and now Ro has a lot of my personal data to sell. I regret ever clicking on the Ro link. The spam-ish emails from Ro won’t stop, and the products are expensive and potentially dangerous (according to the warnings that they are required to share while selling products in the U.S.).

It was a simple process to start the program and the guidance offered by ro made it easy.

Would like to continue my shots very well pleased with them .

Scammed me into hidden fees. Said it was $45 to start and $199 a month after that. I was charged $45 to start and $299 the first month. Second month I was charged $145 for a membership fee and $399 for the medication. I cancelled right away, they said no refunds.

So far the medication is working I feel great my bad eating habits have come to an end I would recommend 10/10

You sent the wrong medication. My prescription order states that I was to recieve Ozempic, not compound semiglutide. My husband Mark was supposed to receive semiglutide, but you cancelled his order. Im glad I decided to take my first steps to a healthier life with RO.

The care team saved my treatment progression from a major setback! I was using a different provider site since January until I signed up for the annual service plan at the time of my refill. Somehow I was told the several thousands of dollars I paid was received, my prescription was approved and in process with the anticipated turnaround was 3-5 days and I would have medication in my hands within 5-7 days; business days, of course. I began follow-up after day 5 inquiring as to why it hasn't shipped. Many times I was ensured it was just an influx in volume but it's in process and just waiting for the pharmacy to ship. On day 14, and numerous follow-ups since day 5, I was informed that my medication was out of stock (the first time anyone mentioned that was the actual issue) and they had no ETA of when I could receive my meds. After beginning the dispute process to get a refund from that place, I signed up with ro. After explaining that was I already amidst a treatment program that was about to lapse, the care team adjusted the dosage and I received my medication within 48 hours!!! Ro is awesome and know I will continue to have a great experience dealing with the folks around ro!!
