Ro absolutely nailed it when it comes to communication. From start to finish, everything was clear, timely, and actually helpful, not the usual runaround you get with most companies. What really stood out is how responsive and organized they are. You’re never left guessing what’s next or waiting days for a reply. It’s rare to find a company that respects your time like that. If more companies operated like Ro, life would be a whole lot easier. Highly recommend.

I had a reaction to the medication and the prescribing doctor said to stop taking it. He said he would cancel the order. I later received a $145 membership fee charge which they would not refund stating it's separate from the prescription cost. The doctor did not inform me that I would also have to cancel the membership. They charge $145 for the membership and $199 medications. Total scam, do do business with Ro.

The fact that it’s a legit website and does what it says it will do

If I could give this company a zero, I would! An absolute scam. I've been waiting for a MONTH to hear that my insurance company denied coverage. In the meantime, I've had several charges on my credit card that I questioned. My insurance company NEVER received a coverage enquiry. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

The website is easy to use and it is setup to notify you every step of the way. You are not left wondering what the status of the medication is or whether you can even take due to reactions with other medications. Instead you are notified promptly throughout the process.
