Scam
Ro is a scam. They make you pay $39 to even complete the form, only to find out you “need” more tests from their affiliate quest to make even more money. This is after you have explained pcp just did blood work, especially if there is not a quest diagnostic near you. Also you don’t even see a real doctor, just a NP to further their profit (who has no where near the expertise of a doctor). Bottom line they want YOU to be their bottom line. If you want this type of service, go to hers because at least they will refund money if you cannot qualify with them.

Hi there. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. The initial fee covers a medical evaluation, and in some cases additional labs may be required to ensure treatment is safe and appropriate. These are based on clinical guidelines, not to generate extra costs. Our care is provided by licensed medical professionals, including nurse practitioners, who are qualified to evaluate and prescribe treatment. We appreciate your feedback and would be happy to review your case further. We're sending you a message for more information!
