Complete Scam. Beware!
Customer service is a joke. You can only “chat” with the provider. If I had more than one concern or question, only one detail would be addressed and the rest ignored. The message thread would be closed out so I would have to jump through hoops to start another message thread. Then I received a monthly subscription payment for $145 that I somehow missed in all the jargon. Beware! All of their glowing reviews through Forbes (who I normally trust) and other websites is very misleading. I was sold the Zepbound Kwikpen. The vial was not offered to me. It made me very sick. When I reached out to RO, they offered to sell me a lower dose for $299 on top of the monthly supply I just paid $399 for. Then came the subscription cost. I didn’t receive a heads-up for the charge, just that it had already been charged. I feel like I have been completely scammed.

Hi there. We’re sorry to hear about your experience, this sounds frustrating. We aim to be transparent that the membership fee is separate from medication costs, and this can be found on our website: ro.co/weight-loss/pricing/ Treatment options and dosing are determined by providers based on clinical considerations. If you’re open to it, we’d like to review your account and help address your concerns, we're sending you a direct request for more information.
