It was easy to sign up and get started. I was accepted within in a few days and my medication was mailed out so I can start my program right away. I’m looking forward to start my program and to lose the weight.

So far, my experience has been excellent. I have spoken with a live professional whoi appeared to be really interested in me having a great experience.

Excellent the doctor appointment was fast and efficient. Was able to figure out exactly which gpl would be good for my goal and body type. The shopping was was fast and it can’t very well packaged.

From 149$/month then at third dose jumps up to 500$ a month because they force you to pay an insane membership fee of 150/month PLUS the medication jumps up to 388/ month. This is NOT stated when you start. When you reach out for support or complaints you ONLY GET robotic responses instead of human. They write you a prescription but won’t give you that prescription to use elsewhere. They lied to me in beginning stating my insurance was old cover with a pre authorization. My insurance also confirmed with me they would. Then Ro said no that’s not true but my insurance never recieved anything. The site is nothing but lies and misrepresentation. I asked for a complaint form and was denied as well

In my opinion from filling out the questionnaire to self injecting the medication. I felt it was easy, I felt the information I needed was provided to me, follow up emails were sent already regarding how I was doing on the medicine. Feel like I made a life altering great decision with the meds I chose and the company I chose to guide me to a healthier life.

Once your introductory. Is over it's 400 to 500 dollars a month Let that sink in They don't send you the medication until the last possible moment, As a matter you wind up missing one or two days a month because the medication is late, It does not matter if you prepaid, Join their club, It still shows up one or two days late, Consistently now for three months it shows up the day after I'm supposed to have my injection, When I said that I wish to increase my dosage it wasn't working They said sure no problem and made me wait 4 more weeks. Oh by the way that medication still hasn't arrived and my injection was due this morning. Don't worry They'll respond three days to my inquiry.. buyer beware

I signed up for Ro believing the cost of the weight loss program was $145 per month after two months the price went up to $300. To save money you can agree to 6 or 12 month agreements. I agreed to the 6 month and they billed me $1600 dollars at once instead of monthly. There billing is not transparent. Buyer beware!
