The experience was pleasant. The response time was great. I thought it would take longer. But, paying out of pocket made the process go a lot quicker. Once I start with the product I will let you know how I do.

Quick and easy start process, friendly and easy to talk to providers, simple follow up instructions , support that feels genuine compared to other sites, fast responses to questions, what they say is what they do - they follow through so there’s no confusion, the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is bc the monthly subscription is a little high for me-I wish there were different monthly subscription prices offered- for instance I don’t utilize the help offered I just want the product and I have my own routine I follow and don’t have time to utilize what they offer to the max- so I wish there were different tiers to choose from for where you’re at in your journey -customer service is great and responds quickly and listens to your feedback and acts accordingly to your needs
