Very quick to respond to my questions

I am still waiting for my meds. There is a process and I like that! Feeling safe and trusting them with my /your health.

Fast response and approval time from provider if you opt out of having them run insurance and pay out of pocket. Cant speak on how long it would take if you're trying to go through insurance. Only reason I didn't is because anthem BCBS very often has high prescription co pays and I'm not even close to my deductible so I cut out the bull and just paid for the wegovy pen.

So far so good. The communication has been right on. I don't have the product yet as it hasn't shipped. It is supposed to arrive in a few days.

Very easy procedure with an app that makes sense. No fuss. Overall process was quick and efficient. Good back and forth communication and advice.
