I tried wegovy as it was highly recommended. Unfortunately, my body did not take well to this mediacation. I passed out after taking this medication and was extremely ill. I reached out to ask if the unused medication could be refunded due to the side effects. Apparently that is not a valid reason for a refund. What a disgusting company and horrible business practice. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

It's been 2 weeks since I started 'the process'...I was also promised the first month for free but was charged the full price. There is not an app, for Android users. For whatever reason, despite several attempts, my phone number never received any of the verification codes...so I had to use my husband's. Many other issues. And each time I reach out the inquire, the previous messages are not reviewed. My medication finally shipped...only to be supposedly sitting at a local UPS for the past 5 days. Ro does nothing. I have to call UPS only to be told that Ro needs to call them to file a claim. I decided to cancel after reading all the negative reviews...and have only received a message stating they'll check on refunding the prescription...so I'm out all this money for nothing, no medication, incompetent representatives, etc. Wish I would have researched further!!

Company was descreet. All was handled via website and email. I'll probably use them again.

I sent a long message stating my insurance would pay for Zepbound with a pre-authorization and that was the only way I wanted to move forward. I did not want to pay cash because I was already on a 15mg compound tirzepatide that was much cheaper than Zepbound but my insurance would pay for the Zepbound; however, I did not want to start off with 2.5 because I had already spent 3 months getting up to 15mg. So, the response I get back is that since I wanted to pay cash, the prescription of 2.5mg of Zepbound was sent to your pharmacy. It was clear that the prescriber did not read my message at all.

Getting started was really easy and the practitioners reviewed my medical information in a timely manner. I have not received my medication yet, but I am excited to start this new journey.The prices are a little high though.
