The process was very easy. The provider always answered my questions in a timely manner and he was very easy to communicate with. from the time I signed up to the time my medication was shipped was Les than 24 hours.

So far this company has been wonderful. It took me little time at all to get this started and approved.

Communication was horrible. No way to contact anyone at Ro. The site has nothing but FAQs, and no phone number or email to follow up on questions.

Ro has been a life changer. My experience has never been better, I lost 21 pounds in 3 months. The weight just literally melted off 1-3 pounds a week. It curbed my appetite a lot and i don't crave any junk at all, in fact, i crave greens. My clothes fit better and I feel physically and mentally better about myself, I feel confident again. Still have ways to go but I know I will hit my goal soon.
