I wanted an answer as to what dosing I could get on some of glue tide because I have been on it for over one year. I could not get any answers. They would not communicate anything unless I paid a $39 membership fee. I paid the $39 membership fee. I still did not get an answer. They would not refund my $39 after getting no answers because they claim that my history was reviewed by a provider. Other companies I've looked at do not charge any kind of a membership fee. This is just more hidden fees and I would not trust them. I'd be afraid that they would charge more things on my card if I was a member. Very disappointing.

The process to get medication was easy. However, if I’m paying a $150 fee every month on top of the medication costs for medical care; I expect the providers to give a shit when I have concerns. They often closed out my messages without ever letting me reply with follow up questions. The medical providers services were a joke, leaving me paying additional money out of pocket to see my primary to discuss my issues with side effects. For distributing a medication so heavy with side affects, they really don’t care enough to help their patients manage those side effects.

They are confusing with their prices and you never can talk to anyone to explain it and dosages

I re ordered a GLP 1 medication from them and received an email stating on a Friday that my medication would arrive the next day which was Saturday. I thought great!, I can book my ticket to Colorado which is my other home for Tuesday and take my medication with me. After I book my ticket I received an email from Ro that said "Oh" sorry it's going to be Wednesday now. Of course! I reached out to customer service but essentially they blamed me for being naive enough to believe their very explicit email arrival date of Saturday. Mind you the email did not say maybe it said it would. They said some "Nice Words" but in the end they weren't the least concerned with fixing the problem. I was surprised that they didn't atleast try.
