I experience with Ro has been nothing but easy with great communication. I am a happy customer.

I have used ro thinking it was one of the best companies. AFTER spending the membership fees and first dosage not losing a pound they increased the dose and so did the price . Still another month of not losing a pound. I changed everything about how I was eating and exercise. Still not a decrease in a single pound agreed to up dosage again and with no results made sure I cancelled before I ended up getting charged more insane price of membership and $500 on the next dosage. Wasted my money , my time and has left me feeling extremely aggravated about a product that claims you will see results .. this is a money grab and probably a product that is just saline solution if you ask me . Do not waste your money on this company with false information promises and leaving you spending hard earned money to have no results

So far it’s gone quickly and efficiently. I am waiting on my medication to be delivered
