Up to now communication has been excellent. However, the medication emails said delivery last week. Now tracking says deliver on Tuesday despite the fact it is in a UPS facility 20 minutes away from me since yesterday. I understand it’s a holiday weekend and it’s beyond Ro’s control but this delay is disappointing

Super happy w ease of use of ro. Asked a Follow up question and received a prompt well thought out answer. Received prescription and that was quickly sent to pharmacy. Had Meds within 2 days.

I don't understand why I was charged $39 for the first month supply of GLP-1 medication, then a couple of days later charged $149 for a month supply. It doesn't look like I'm getting sent a two month supply. Also, I didn't consent to being charged $149 two days after my $39 purchase.

The initial fee and the medication cost are separate charges, the first fee covers the medical evaluation and onboarding process, while the medication is billed separately if you move forward with treatment.
