Excellent advice. First, the focus on safety, then efficacy, then cost. Essentially, like having a consult with GI, Bariatrics, and PC to determine suitability, with the convenience of not leaving the house.

The process was effortless. I waited a long time to reach out after my insurance stopped paying for assisted medication weight loss. My insurance company had my doctor’s office trying to jump through hoops with unnecessary prior authorizations that they continued to deny despite my choice of wanting to use medication assisted weight loss. I haven’t received my medications yet, but it was a very fast and easy process and my meds are on the way.

So far my experience has been terrible. Ordered and was approved 1 week ago. Website says it takes 1-4 days to process but its been 7 days and it still shows its processing. Can't find a phone number to actually call and speak with someone to ask why its delayed so long. Not happy so far

Responses were timely. I have not received my medication yet but all the information provided ahead of time has been very helpful

I think the cost of the plan and meds are a bit deceptive until you feel like you’re in it too far. I will give it a try for a month
