Easy non complicated

My monthly subscription to the Ro Body membership ends June 21, 2026. I cancelled my monthly membership as the step in attempting to switch to a multiple monthly subscription, per the instructions online. I can’t find a link which takes me to a page to select the multiple monthly subscription. The only link I can find keeps taking me back to the sign-up page and there doesn’t appear to be any customer support that can directly answer my question. I basically just don’t want my Ro.Body membership to lapse, want a multiple month subscription, or cause a delay in the delivery of my next prescription. Thanks.

I have only barely started the process, but so far my experience is positive. I have been contacted by physicians regarding my approval to receive weight loss medication. I am now awaiting the prescription to be delivered. The messages have been informative and helpful. I am disappointed that Ro does not have an app available for Android users yet, however.
