I was loving RO until I checked my bank account and $888 had been debited from me!!!! TF???…. I thought it was going to be a monthly subscription not one lump sum! Who can afford that in this economy??? And the painful truth…no live person assistance is available…. Am so mad, first , I had to cough up $499 for my 2nd shipment then I get charged $888 in one sitting ? No way… I need to cancel now and I need my money back. Now going to be behind on my bills because RO decided to bill my card $888 in one sitting!

I was entice to sign up for the service because of promises of lower prices, but at the end of the day after getting the runaround from the doctor, I ended up with the same price medication. If you’re looking to sign up new, I guess the service is OK but if you were looking to get a better price, it is just a swindle to get you to transfer over your business.

Ro has been super convenient to use. I can do everything from home after work without scheduling an in person appointment. They are prompt and notify you as often as needed. Great experience so far.

I am paying 149 a month for service. I have no idea how to reach out for help. I have questions about dosage of medication but none has been provided. I would like to speak with someone at Ro but I have no idea how to reach them. Am I taking the medication correctly? Is a dosage once, twice a month? When are shipments made? I have used up one shipment in 2 weeks based on calculations. Please let me know how I can reach out to someone at Ro. Thank you.

Ro has very deceptive practices. The membership fee does not cover the medication! They do not make this obvious. They charge 149$ for membership per month!?!?! and then $149 and up additionally for the medication! Just go to your PCP and ask for the meds. You’ll get the medication at the same price or cheaper and no membership fee. Don’t waste your money. Crooks.
