Only on it a few days but no problems.

I filled out their health survey and picked a product. It went to approval from their “Dr”. I was approved, but for their most expensive product and a 149$ a month fee was added for monitoring. I cancelled immediately upon receiving the receipt. The Rx was refunded but the 150$ monitoring fee is non refundable. I tried to address this with the company but they do not see it as an issue. STAY AWAY! Plenty of other less deceptive companies on the market

Great product / Great customer service

I joined Ro and they were very helpful in the beginning. After my first visit I received standard responses. When I received my glp1 in the mail it was right off the delivery truck the first time. It wasn’t warm but room temperature, the next shipment I wasn’t contacted of the delivery date and so it was warm and had not been kept cool. I informed Ro. I was told it would be fine. So the next delivery I wasn’t contacted once again and the medication was hot. I was told it was fine. I contacted my local pharmacy to make sure. They informed me it was not fine and when this medication isn’t kept chilled it renders it useless. So I contacted Ro again and over many days of back and forth 14 different correspondences I finally landed on an employee at Ro who actually read my correspondences and instead of saying sorry, we will end your contract and return part of the money! This employee Actually accepted responsibility for the awful responses from previous employees. I was never trying to get something for free. So after all the back and forth Ro credited my credit card. I appreciate that. Yet I will say I should never have been lied to about any medication just because they didn’t want to do the right thing. I should’ve been listened to sooner and instead of standard responses given answers to my questions. This all was avoidable. So my tip to anyone who goes with any weight loss program if you don’t receive the medicine chilled say something! Ask a question to see if they’re paying attention. I assumed they were reading my messages back to them. I’ve since learned a lesson. Never assume and don’t expect that people are going to do what’s right unless you force the issue! The sign up and questionnaire process is very easy. I thought the pricing was presented in an easy to understand format. I am paying months in advance to get better pricing, so hopefully it will make the cost of medication less impactful, month to month. My medication was packaged, shipped and delivered on time. I plan to stay with Ro for the duration of this journey.

I was a bit unsure but thought it was worth a try for the price. Great so far. Just in the first month.

Quick and easy process, meds seem to be working the 1st week.. not feeling as hungry and I'm not snacking.
