Very confusing. I think I’m paying $199 a month with the first month discounted. Then to find out after two months it jumps to $399. I probably won’t stay with RO. I’m on a fixed income and this is expensive.

They were very quick and asked alot of questions. I was slightly confused about the membership fee and the seperate fee for the meds. I only payed for the meds in the end.

I just ordered two days ago and received my order yesterday about to give it a shot later on today. I’ll keep you posted. Keep my thoughts positive on this whole procedure.

Horrible company ! Don’t buy from them . No customer service support only by text and it takes days to get an answer if you get one . Over charge and you do not get what you pay for .

The food monsters that are in your head kind of disappear. I don’t know if it’s because it’s summer or because I know I gotta get this weight off, but I’ve been making it a point of moving a lot more where that came from I don’t know so I’m hoping it’s some medicine from Ro.

So far I'm pleased with how are going all communication with provider is good my order is on it way should arrive Friday 10th hopefully there are no delays with furtuer orders

If I could give negative star amounts, I would. RO is a total scam. They prescribed me medication without having the appointment and disregarded EVERYTHING I said in the paperwork, such as I have been on Zepbound 12.5mg for 4weeks and would like to increase to 15. I am not interested in other products. Suddenly, after agreeing to a "special" of $49, they charged me a monthly fee of $149 and $299for a medication I did not order, cannot use, and explicitly said I do NOT WANT or NEED. I had to dive deep to find a way to speak with a representative. Finally, I got through and they were not able to issue a refund, correct the problem, or even connect me with a doctor that I allegedly had access to.I could not reach any doctor, let alone mine, any supervisor-not anyone. This business model is the reason why people give up on using such platforms.
